One thing that is important is that we have this law in Finland called Everyman''s Rights. So every citizen can always go to the forest and pick all the berries, the mushrooms, and herbs. Anywhere and anytime they''d like.

The first step is to peel the salmon and potato skin off. Then, cut the salmon, carrots, and green onions.

After that''s done, add a bit of butter, and boil all the ingredients in medium-low heat. Then, boil the salmon for three to four minutes

So the next thing that goes in is the salmon. It just takes three to four minutes. It depends on the size of the pieces. With the milk, this is also a very traditional Finnish thing. A little bit of cream. Espeically, the older people like a little creamy texture. But nowadays you can also use oat milk when you do this. When the salmon is ready, if it''s boiling, it takes maybe three to five minutes.

Lastly, boil the milk and season it with salt and dill. The "Taste of Europe" series features 15 European representatives in Taiwan sharing their culture and demonstrating how to make dishes from their home countries.
