The Taiwan External Trade Development Council recently organized a cooking demo featuring renowned chefs from Taiwan, Indonesia, and Malaysia. They used Taiwan’s halal-certified products to create dishes. FTV reporter Stephany Yang takes us over for a look.

Taiwanese chef Chef Chen Kuan-min, Indonesian chef Adie Miartadi, and Malaysian chef Fikree Aznan use Taiwanese halal-certified ingredients like camellia oil, bread crumbs, local dried fruits, winter melon tea, and other products to cook their dishes.

This dish was created by Aznan, who hails from Malaysia. It is a hot and sour beef gravy and Pandan wrapper with caramelized coconut.
